I wish I could leave 10 Stars. This place is amazing the food is off the hook I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I wish I knew the young man's name but he had blonde hair he had to be the best waiter I've ever had. He was very on point checking and double checking to make sure everything was right. Not only did he ask us for boxes to go but he also put the food in our boxes. I had the salmon my wife had the sirloin steak with the brussel sprouts and the asparagus my grandson had a pizza with the cheese sticks. And I had to have the carrot cake for dessert. Everything we had was excellent I've been to many steakhouses and so far by far this has been the best. Not only was our waiter a shining star but I watched them all and they were all very good. Even the ones that weren't waiting on us asked us if everything was okay if we needed anything else. And they all dressed the part very well very good looking staff and very professional. I just wish I lived in Texas I would be here way more often. Trust me when I come back to Texas this will be the place I will definitely eat at.

Loved the food, steaks were made to perfection they messed up our side but then made it right, the pasta was delicious but It has a lot of inedible items but its still worth it. The cheese fry app was good but all the potatoes were cut way to differently making some cooked way too much and some pieces not cooked all the way. Drinks were good, Loved that we got a buzz off it. The entry bread was delicious!

The reason we chose this place was its next to the hotel and didn't have a wait. Bread was good to start and the Rattlesnake bites were very good but that's about it . The Potato Soup tasted like crap just about as it looked. I think we took one bite and pushed it off to the side quickly. We ordered the 22oz Porterhouse. It was very thin and extremely over seasoned. What ever happened to SPG and cook. Im not sure why anyone would season a porterhouse that much but it was hard to finish. I asked a manager for a straw for my 4yo drink and never received one at all. We will never go back.

Had a great experience at Saltgrass Steak House in Amarillo! The T-bone was absolutely amazing perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The ribeye was just as impressive, tender and seasoned just right. On top of that, the service was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even better. Definitely one of the best steak spots in Amarillo. Highly recommend

Our first experience here. Our server Will was very polite and attentive. My husband had the bone in Ribeye, it was cooked to perfection with baked potato. I had the ribs that were amazing fall off the bone. Our overall experience was very good. Would definitely come here again.
